Bread Storage & Reheating Guide

We carefully select high-quality ingredients and craft each toast and bread with dedication, hoping to bring warmth and happiness to every customer.

|01|Storage

Room Temperature:
After slicing, wrap the bread tightly in plastic wrap or store it in another airtight container. It can be kept at room temperature for 2–3 days.
*Products containing cream should not be stored at room temperature.

Refrigeration:
After slicing, wrap the bread tightly in plastic wrap or store it in another airtight container. Refrigerated bread can be kept for 3–5 days, but refrigeration may cause moisture loss, making the bread drier and firmer.
*Pretzel-style products should not be refrigerated. Store them at room temperature for up to 1 day or freeze them directly.

Freezing:
After slicing, wrap the bread tightly in plastic wrap or store it in another airtight container before freezing. It can be kept frozen for approximately 2–3 weeks. Freezing makes reheating convenient while helping preserve the bread’s texture.

|02|Reheating

Frozen bread does not need to be thawed before reheating.

Oven:
Lightly mist the surface of the bread with water, then bake at 150–160°C (300–320°F) for 3–5 minutes.

Microwave:
Lightly mist the surface of the bread with water, microwave for 20–30 seconds, then let it rest for 1 minute. This will help restore a texture closer to freshly baked bread.
