FIFI Bakery was founded by Fiona Mai in 2023. It began as a small private kitchen, where Fiona crafted high-quality handmade toast for her family and close friends.

As she continued baking, Fiona discovered not only her talent, but also the joy of sharing warmth and happiness through her handmade creations. Inspired to bring that feeling to more people, she established FIFI Bakery and gradually expanded its product line while remaining committed to quality and craftsmanship.
