At FIFI Bakery, every product is handcrafted and baked fresh in small batches using premium ingredients. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any bakery products once they have been picked up or delivered.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

• Fresh bakery products and other perishable food items

• Custom or personalized orders

• Seasonal or limited-edition products

• Gift cards

• Any item that has been picked up, delivered, opened, or partially consumed

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order and prepared in limited quantities, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once they have been placed.

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Product Variations

Because every item is handmade, slight variations in appearance, color, shape, decoration, and size are normal and are not considered defects. These natural variations do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Taste & Personal Preference

We understand that everyone has different tastes and preferences. However, refunds or exchanges will not be provided for reasons related to personal preference, including but not limited to flavor, sweetness, texture, appearance, or expectations.

Allergy Notice

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and other allergens.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions purchase and consume our products at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

FIFI Bakery’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. Under no circumstances shall FIFI Bakery be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or consumption of our products.
